We offer a number of programs to help the people and pets of our area live happier, healthier lives together.
Human Education
Volunteers visit classrooms with our pets, sharing a wealth of knowledge about pet care and responsible pet ownership, pet overpopulation problems, and many other topics relating to animals and proper animal care.
Lost and Found
The shelter keeps a current list of missing pets from our area. We also advise pet owners on procedures for finding lost pets.
Obedience Classes & Training Advice
The shelter staff provides telephone consultations for families who need advice on training or problems with their adopted pets. Low-cost obedience classes instructed by qualified obedience handlers are offered for selected dogs adopted from our shelter.
